ICOM 2024 × ICPT 2024
The seventh ICOM welcomed approximately 170 participants from around the world and was held jointly with the fourth International Conference on Phosphor Thermometry.
ICOM 2022 × IWPPP-5
The sixth edition brought together approximately 160 participants and was organised as a joint meeting with the fifth International Workshop of Persistent and Photostimulable Phosphors.
ICOM 2018
The fifth ICOM hosted approximately 200 participants and presented advances in preparation, optical characterisation and the use of optical materials and devices.
ICOM 2015
The fourth edition celebrated the International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies, highlighting the role of light in science, everyday life and society.
ICOM 2012
About 200 scientists from 32 countries attended the third ICOM, with 21 invited talks, 52 contributed lectures and 183 posters.
ICOM 2009
The second edition gathered approximately 160 scientists and graduate students from more than 30 countries for invited talks, contributed lectures and 157 posters.
The first ICOM
The inaugural workshop-style meeting welcomed about 85 scientists from 17 countries, with 12 invited lectures, 33 contributed lectures and 70 posters.
Published research
Authors of accepted ICOM 2024 and ICPT 2024 presentations were invited to submit papers for review and possible publication in peer-reviewed IOPscience journals.
Authors of accepted ICOM 2022 presentations were invited to submit papers for a dedicated peer-reviewed special issue of Crystals.
